Nova Sorella will be participating in this important community event raising awareness around HIV prevention, testing, and overall community health. Attendees will have access to HIV testing, free food bags provided by CAPK Food Bank, and a variety of community resources.

Comprehensive pathways to independence, stability, and leadership
The Bloom Project: 24-Month Transitional Living Program
A comprehensive transitional housing program providing continuous stabilization, basic needs, and structured workshops to help participants build complete, long-term independence.
- Provides secure on-site housing, crisis stabilization, and immediate basic needs logistics.
- Offers structured coaching focused on boundary building, financial literacy, and workforce integration.
- Delivers long-term permanent housing navigation and peer leadership transition planning.
The Independence Pathway for Veterans
A 24-month transitional housing model providing stable housing, personal accountability, and structured support for veterans experiencing homelessness or housing instability who are ready to transition to permanent housing.
- Provides safe, semi-private rooms paired with individualized case management.
- Coordinates directly with the VA for healthcare, benefits, and supportive services.
- Rebuilds independent living skills through stable employment, education goals, and a structured savings program.
Reset & Restore: Direct Advocacy for Justice-Impacted Re-entry
A high-intensity stabilization track designed for individuals transitioning from incarceration to aggressively remove legal, medical, and housing barriers, prevent recidivism, and establish permanent sovereignty.
- Offers direct clinical bridging to dual-diagnosis treatment providers and expedited vital document recovery.
- Provides landlord mediation to secure safe housing, alongside workforce readiness kits and immediate family basic needs.
- Funds and manages high school equivalency (HSD/GED) testing and vocational licensing certifications.
Foundation & Future: Direct Housing, Stabilization & Advocacy Program
An immediate physical infrastructure and advocacy program that secures permanent housing, manages landlord negotiations, and supplies vital resources for families and individuals in crisis.
- Active search, procurement, and placement into permanent housing with security deposit assistance.
- Delivers immediate food, household supplies, family essentials, and vital document recovery.
- Connects participants to fast-track educational attainment and vocational licensing fee coverage.
Lead & Legacy: Comprehensive Youth Executive & Academic Initiative
A specialized 12-month academic and leadership track designed for youth in grades 9-12 to build executive skills, emotional intelligence, and college or career readiness.
- Focuses on academic advocacy through monthly grade audits, SAT/ACT prep tracking, and college application mapping.
- Builds a Leadership Accelerator track covering public speaking, professional discipline, real-world budgeting, and community legacy projects.
- Provides a trauma-informed Inner Compass curriculum focusing on emotional intelligence, self-worth, and boundary setting.
The Bridge Program
A specialized short-term residential therapeutic program providing trauma-informed stabilization, mental health services, and independent living transitions for young adults aged 18 to 21.
- Provides safe housing with 24/7 awake staffing and comprehensive behavioral assessments to ensure full stabilization.
- Delivers high-level support for high school diploma recovery alongside vocational training and workforce certification pipelines.
- Implements the Integrated Core Practice Model to build critical self-sufficiency skills and facilitate smooth transitions into permanent housing.
