What participants learn
Financial literacy, honest communication, personal boundaries, and public speaking. This is not a pageant or debutante program. It’s practical growth and genuine confidence.
Self-worth over self-presentation
Value comes from self-respect, boundaries, and voice, not appearance or approval.
Practical independence
Budgeting, saving, professional communication, and self-advocacy.
Authentic confidence
Public speaking, social dance, and formal presence as tools for self-expression.
Community and peer leadership
Supporting, leading, and being led by one another.
How the year works
Bi-weekly workshops, about two hours each, held outside the school setting. Each month pairs a Real-World Life Skills session with a Self-Love & Social Connection session, building to a formal showcase in Month 12.
